I have been in the property management industry over 5 years and have networked with and worked for several different management companies. None of them would do short term property watch services. They all wanted the bigger dollar, long term contractual property management deals. I saw a large need for this service in south Florida since we have so many “snowbirds”, world travelers, and out-of-town investors who often had vacant properties awaiting sales or were in between renters.

I have owned my own homes in Davie, FL for over 30 years and will take care of your property like it is my own. If you don’t have your own contractors, I can provide one for you with estimates if needed.
